At St. Mary Magdalene Secondary School, we are committed to offering all students from KS3 to KS5 a comprehensive, bespoke and supportive programme of Careers, Education, Information and Guidance (CEIAG) and work-related learning (WRL).

At St Mary Magdalene we are committed to developing a careers programme that meets the needs of all students.  

Our focus is on delivering career education which allows students to have a good knowledge of different career options so they are able to make informed decisions about their own career pathway.  

We survey students each year to understand their intended career pathway and provide opportunities to support them through their intended career choice.
